Frequently asked questions
- What counts as a verified participant?
- A person who verifies their email and joins one of your campaigns in a given month. Existing participants always keep access to their results — the caps limit new participants joining and new submissions being made while you're at your monthly limit.
- What happens if we hit our monthly cap?
- New participants and new submissions see a friendly wall until the month rolls over or you upgrade. Nothing is ever lost or hidden: every existing submission, result and certificate stays available.
- Is the Free plan really white-label?
- Yes — branded subdomain, your logo and colours, and website embeds are all included free. Custom domains and removing the "Powered by BlocCarbon" badge are paid-plan features.
- How is project funding priced?
- Project funding is separate from the platform subscription: participants or your organisation pay the per-tonne price shown on each verified climate project at checkout.
